The Drip Drip Effect – A Key to Transformation

The Drip Drip Effect – A Key to Transformation 2025-06-03T07:30:56-04:00

While traditional sermons produce little change (as I’ve argued elsewhere), Spirit-inspired spoken messages can move continents in your spirit and soul.

However, it’s rarely enough to hear a message once. The same with reading a Spirit-inspired book. But if you listen to that same message a dozen times, it will renew your mind and get into your soul. And if you read that book five times, a shift will occur in your brain, and something lasting will be deposited in your heart.

I’m talking about the “drip drip effect.” More exposure to the same content over time equals greater transformation.

With modern technology, we have the unique blessing of being able to listen to audios as we drive, walk, run, wash dishes, and put away clothes. And books now come in audio, digital, and print formats. In other words, we can take full advantage of the drip drip effect.

It is for this very reason that I’ve kept my first podcast online. Consequently, you can still access all 240+ episodes. It’s also why I keep unleashing books into the world. And it’s why the main feature of my mentoring-connecting network are the audio Master Classes.

I’m convinced that this year can be a year where you experience monumental breakthroughs in your life. But it requires being intentional about taking advantage of the drip drip effect. Without setting your intention, very little will change.

This explains why a person can hear a life-changing message and read a life-changing book and yet see nothing change. Consuming such content one time is simply not enough to crack through the strongholds and false narratives that we’ve lived with for so long. It takes a consistent dripping to break through.

And by the way, “busyness” is a myth. See “I Just Don’t Have Time.”
